Apartment hunting vent - can I catch a break already?

Just need to vent real quick. I can’t believe how exhausting this process is. Every time I find a place I like, it’s already gone before I can even get a viewing. It’s so disheartening, and the constant ghosting from applications is just the cherry on top. I'm so done with this market!
