What's going on in Parkdale these days?

I've lived in Parkdale for a couple of years now, and I can't help but feel like it’s gone downhill fast. Rent keeps climbing while maintenance issues are ignored. It’s frustrating! Anyone else dealing with unresponsive landlords? I used to love it here, but it's feeling more unstable every day.
