Moving from forest hill to a smaller unit downtown any cost tips?

I’m shifting from a spacious Forest Hill apartment to a much smaller downtown place soon, and I totally forgot to transfer my hydro until moving day. Anyone know how movers in Toronto can help with packing? Also, are there hidden costs I should prepare for? Feeling stressed about this!
