Anyone used Toronto Rent Bank for emergency rent help?

Hi everyone, I'm really struggling to afford my rent and covering the deposit is a huge hurdle. I've heard about the Toronto Rent Bank and other rent assistance programs, but I'm not sure how they work. Can anyone share their experience or offer advice on these financial resources?
