How much do movers charge for a forest hill studio to a small unit

I’m moving out of my first apartment in Forest Hill to a smaller unit this weekend. Got a quote of $500 for a crew, but I’m worried about efficiency since they showed up with only two movers last time and it took forever. Anyone know what the average for a 1-bedroom move is in Toronto lately?
