Got 3 quotes from toronto movers but one seems way too high

I just received three different quotes from moving companies for a 2-bedroom apartment in Riverdale. One crew quoted me $1,200, while another came in at $800. How do I know which one is reasonable, especially with the September rush for students moving back? Any advice?
