Curious about 47 Generation Blvd and local groceries/restaurants

I'm really drawn to 47 Generation Blvd but want to hear about the area. How's the transit situation? Are there good grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance? Just trying to get a feel for the neighborhood before I make any decisions.
