Is 51 Gamble Ave close to subway and good for getting downtown?

I'm looking at 51 Gamble Ave for my next rental. Can anyone share insight about how easy it is to catch the TTC from there? I'm hoping to get downtown quickly for work. Also, are there bike lanes nearby for a quick ride option? Thanks!
