1875 Martin Grove Rd and getting to downtown by transit

I'm moving to Toronto and just checked out 1875 Martin Grove Rd. I'm curious about the best way to get downtown for work—how frequent are the buses around there? Any bike lanes that connect to Union Station? Would love to hear about the walkability for those quick trips out!
