205 Vaughan Rd: great for heading downtown via TTC?

Just graduated and about to start my first job downtown! I’m considering 205 Vaughan Rd and want to know how easy it is to hop on the subway or streetcar. Is it close to anything I can use daily? Also, are there bike lanes for those days I want to ride instead? Appreciate any insights!
