Potential transit life around 2230 Lawrence Ave E for downtown jobs

Looking at 2230 Lawrence Ave E for a possible move. How easy is it to catch the bus or streetcar for a quick trip downtown? I'm all about that TTC life and would love to hear how often the buses run during rush hour. Any bike infrastructure nearby for weekend rides would be a bonus!
