Grateful for my fantastic landlord in Toronto!

I've had such a great experience with my landlord. Whenever I have a maintenance request, they respond almost immediately. Plus, they keep the rent increases reasonable and always communicate openly about any changes. It's refreshing to have a landlord who genuinely cares!
