Curious about 15 Tobermory Dr and the local scene around it

I’m really drawn to 15 Tobermory Dr, but I’m hoping to hear firsthand about the character of the neighborhood. How's the transit access from there? Are there any good grocery stores or restaurants nearby? Would love to know what living there feels like from someone who knows the area!
