How much do toronto movers cost for a one-bedroom in the annex

I'm moving out of my basement apartment in the Annex next month and have no idea how much to budget. I’ve seen quotes range from $500 to over $1,000. Is there a typical price for a one-bedroom? Also, is July really the worst month to move in Toronto with all the students moving out?
