How much do movers charge toronto for a last minute move

I’m in East York and just had a nightmare landlord situation. Now I need to find movers for a 2-bedroom place on very short notice. Got quotes ranging from $800 to $1,200! Has anyone else faced this? Why such a big difference and can I trust the cheaper option?
