Checking out 120 Torresdale Ave for my daily downtown trips

I'm looking into 120 Torresdale Ave for my new place, mainly for its proximity to the TTC. How's it for getting downtown quickly? Any bus or subway routes that are especially reliable? Also curious about bike lanes around the area for my weekend rides!
