Is $2200 for a 2BR in East York a good deal or overpriced?

I found a 2-bedroom apartment for $2200 in East York. It's got decent square footage, but it’s an older building without many updates. I'm not sure if this price is competitive for the area right now, or if I could find something better. What do you think?
