Is living at 33 Wood St good for getting around downtown by transit

I’m considering a short-term rental at 33 Wood St and need to know how easy it is to get around downtown by TTC. I work near Union Station and would love to hear about subway access, streetcars, and general walkability in the area. Thanks!
