How much does it cost to hire movers in toronto for a tiny studio

I'm moving from a small studio in King West and need to save money but also want to avoid manual work. I've been quoted anywhere from $300 to $700 for just one truckload. Is this normal for movers in Toronto? Are there hidden fees I should be aware of?
