1019 Bloor St W: what's the scoop on local parks and transit access?

I’m eyeing 1019 Bloor St W for the future, and I love being close to parks and transit. How easy is it to hop on the subway or grab a streetcar from there? Any good green spaces nearby? Just trying to get a feel for the area before making a move.
