Wondering what's around 40 Parkcrest Dr before committing

I'm curious about the area near 40 Parkcrest Dr since I heard there are some good local spots. How's the walkability to the nearest TTC? I'm looking for a place where I can grab groceries and coffee without too much hassle. What else is nearby that I should check out?
