I found a 2BR apartment for $2400 near Queen and Spadina. It has in-suite laundry and a small balcony, but it’s not fully renovated. Seems a bit high for this area right now, but I'm unsure if that's just the market shift. Can anyone weigh in on whether this price is reasonable?
