How much do movers cost toronto for a basement to a high-rise move

I'm moving from a basement unit in Scarborough to a high-rise condo in Liberty Village next month. Trying to figure out how far in advance to book movers and what I should expect in terms of costs. Has anyone done a similar move? Any budget tips or hidden fees I should watch out for?
