Curious about 99 Marlee Ave and nearby amenities for my move

I really like the look of 99 Marlee Ave and the surrounding area, but I'm curious about the local character. How's the transit from there to downtown? Are there good grocery stores and restaurants nearby, especially along Marlee Ave? Appreciate any insights!
