Looking into basement apartments in Parkdale

I've been checking out Parkdale for rental options, but the basement apartments I'm seeing definitely raise some flags. The window situation seems sketchy, and I've heard horror stories about moisture issues. Anyone had good or bad experiences there? Curious if it's worth the risk!
