How much do movers charge in toronto for a winter apartment move

I'm moving from a small apartment in the Junction Triangle this January, and I'm really worried about icy walkways impacting the move. I've seen quotes ranging from $300 to $800 for a crew, but I'm not sure what's fair for this time of year. Anyone else face winter moves in Toronto? Tips?
