How much do movers cost in toronto for a small 1 bedroom apartment

I'm moving from a condo near Yonge and Sheppard and just got quoted $1,200 from some movers for my tiny 1-bedroom! Is this normal? Anyone recently used affordable movers in Toronto? I'm so stressed about these costs and feeling the pinch with my landlord already trying to take advantage of me. Help!
