Living at 85 Gamble Ave and getting to downtown via TTC

I'm considering moving to 85 Gamble Ave and I need to know about the TTC options for getting downtown. How far is the nearest subway or streetcar stop? I'm also curious about bike lanes for weekend rides to the waterfront. Appreciate any insights!
