Movers cancelled 48 hours before my toronto move what can i do

I’m moving from a 1960s walk-up in Scarborough and my movers just canceled on me with only 48 hours to go! I have a full home office to pack, including fragile tech. Is there any chance I can find reliable last-minute movers, or should I just grab a truck myself?
