How much do movers cost toronto for my one bedroom basement apartment

I'm moving from Ottawa to a basement apartment in the Annex next week, and I totally forgot to transfer the hydro and gas in advance. I'm weighing my options—should I hire movers or rent a truck and do it myself? What should I expect to pay for movers to handle a 1-bedroom place around here?
