Anyone living in Woodbridge? Thoughts?

I've been hearing a lot about Woodbridge lately and was wondering if anyone has experience renting there. I love that it has that small-town feel but also access to Toronto, but what’s it really like? How’s the transit and safety? Any hidden gems for brunch?
