Thinking about 150 Dan Leckie Way for easy transit access downtown

I’m looking into living at 150 Dan Leckie Way. How’s the walk to the nearest subway station? I work downtown and want to minimize my commute using the TTC. Are there good bike lanes around for the times I might need to cycle instead?
