Why are moving costs in toronto varying by 400 dollars this week

I'm in Junction Triangle, moving from my 1-bedroom to my parents' place temporarily. I got three quotes from movers and there's a $400 difference between the cheapest and most expensive. Is this normal or should I be concerned about hidden fees? Moving next week, so I’m stressing.
