Living near 8 Hill Heights Rd with easy TTC access for downtown work?

I'm considering a move to 8 Hill Heights Rd and want to know how reliable the TTC is for getting downtown. Are there streetcars or buses nearby? I’m also curious about bike lanes in the area for my rides to work. Any insights on walkability would be helpful too!
