60 Richmond St E has me curious about the local spots nearby

I’m looking at 60 Richmond St E for my new place, and I’d love to hear more about what’s around. I noticed it’s pretty close to the Eaton Centre for shopping, but how’s the access to transit? Also, are there any nice cafes or parks within walking distance?
