How much do toronto movers charge for a 1 bedroom in little italy

I’m moving out of my walkup in Little Italy and wondering how much I should expect to pay movers for a 1 bedroom. Last time, the hourly rate ended up doubling because they took longer than they quoted! Any tips or recent experiences with costs would be appreciated.
