I'm totally in love with the Beaches around 1420 Kingston Rd! The walkability is amazing, with quaint cafes and local shops lining the streets. Plus, the TTC stop nearby makes commuting easy on the 501 Queen line, and you can't beat the proximity to the waterfront park for those sunset strolls!
