Stumbled on 2715 Islington Ave and curious about nearby parks

I’ve seen 2715 Islington Ave pop up a few times and I want to know if there are any nice parks nearby. The area seems pretty walkable, and I'm wondering how the transit access is for getting downtown. Could really use some green space close by for weekend walks.
