Always on the go: what’s transit like at 77 finch ave e for downtown trips?

I’m considering the convenience of 77 Finch Ave E for my daily commute to downtown. How easy is it to hop on the subway or streetcar? Plus, any insights on bike lanes around here would be great since I might want to cycle occasionally!
