2010 Bloor St W—seen any cool new spots pop up nearby lately?

I’ve been eyeing 2010 Bloor St W for a bit! I love the idea of being near Bloor West Village, but curious if any new coffee shops or eateries have opened up recently. Also, how's the TTC access there? I’d be relying on it a lot! Any transit updates in the area would be awesome to know.
