How much to budget for movers toronto small condo vs diy move

I’m moving into a one-bedroom condo in King West on July 1st and I'm freaking out! A couple of friends suggested I DIY the move, but I’ve heard nightmare stories of injuries or breakage. Should I hire movers? How much should I budget for a move like this? Any help would be appreciated!
