5249 Dundas St W: does this location work for downtown commutes?

I'm considering moving to 5249 Dundas St W and I'm curious about the TTC connections. How easy is it to hop on a streetcar or bus to get downtown? I’d like to know about bike lanes in the area too, as I prefer cycling when the weather's nice.
