Looking at 390 dawes rd for an easy downtown commute

I'm considering 390 Dawes Rd and really need transit options for my daily trips to downtown. How easy is it to get to a subway or streetcar from this spot? Also curious about bike lanes if I decide to cycle occasionally. Any tips on getting around from here would be awesome!
