Anyone familiar with transit from 30 Hillsboro Ave to downtown hospitals?

I'm checking out 30 Hillsboro Ave and need to know how easy it is to reach downtown hospitals via the TTC. Are there reliable streetcar or bus options nearby? Also, what’s the bike lane situation like for those commuting to work downtown? Appreciate any insights!
