Is 440 winona dr close to any parks or green spaces?

Iām checking out the 440 Winona Dr area and am curious about the green spaces nearby. It seems like a nice neighborhood, but I want to make sure I have some parks to escape to. How walkable is the area for grabbing a coffee or heading to a nearby park?
