How much do movers cost toronto for a tiny studio in scarborough

I’m moving from a 1960s walk-up in Scarborough and have a tiny studio, really just a truckload. I’ve gotten quotes ranging from $300 to $800, which is insane for just a couch and some boxes! Are there any affordable movers who won’t break my couch? Need to sort this out fast!
