How much do movers charge for a basement apartment in the annex

I'm moving from my basement unit in the Annex to a high-rise condo downtown. I’ve gotten quotes that vary from $400 to $800, which is wild! How much should I realistically budget for this? And are there hidden costs I should watch out for?
