Moving to toronto from out of province how to find reliable movers

I'm moving to a basement apartment in the Annex next month but just realized I might be stuck paying overlapping rent in my old city. Anyone know how much movers typically cost for a 1-bedroom? I also hired a crew last minute, and now they won't return my calls. Super stressed!
