Can i rely on transit living at 9 Morningside Ave for downtown work?

Hi everyone! I'm considering a rental at 9 Morningside Ave and I'm curious about the TTC options for downtown commuting. How easy is it to hop on a bus or streetcar nearby? Also, are bike lanes available for cycling in the area? Any tips would be appreciated!
