How much should 2 bedroom move cost in toronto what's fair

I'm moving from a spacious two-bedroom in Forest Hill to a smaller unit in downtown next month. I’ve gotten quotes ranging from $600 to $1,200, and I'm stressing about what’s reasonable or if I’m just getting ripped off. Anyone know general rates for this kind of move in Toronto?
